Your Own Phone Number
As an addition to our mailbox service, our virtual office allows you to be in when you’re out by providing you with all the advantages of our mailbox service plus your own phone number and line with no set-up costs (usually £100), no line rental (usually £15 per month) and no 1 year minimum contract.
Callers can be forwarded to your personal voicemail or seamlessly forwarded to your mobile or other phone. You only pay BT rates for the forwarded portion of the call.
Voicemail
State-of-the-art voicemail that you can easily manage from your home or mobile phone. You are able to forward messages to other people should you wish and can receive messages to your e-mail address.
Detailed Reporting
Receive an itemized monthly record of all the calls you receive including date and time, duration, caller number, number of rings before answering, call duration etc. Graphical representations of your call information indicate for example origins of calls by area code, number of calls per day or length of calls.
Flexibility
You can cancel your agreement with only two month's notice.
