Our office rates can be discounted in various ways. Remember that as our rates are all inclusive, our discounts effectively reduce all your normally fixed office costs such as business rates, electricity & waste disposal etc.
Our discounts are cumulative so for example you can combine your initial 4 week free discount with a 10% prepayment discount and a 5% multiple occupancy discount to reduce your total first year rate by over 21% or a saving equivalent to over 2 ½ months.
Your first 4 weeks free
When you choose a Officebase office you will benefit from your first 4 weeks FREE.
There is no obligation to stay for a minimum length of time beyond the standard 2 month notice period.
Your office and ancillary costs are all FREE in your first 4 weeks so your business rates, energy, maintenance, reception staff costs & more are also FREE.
In order to benefit from this offer you must sign a direct debit authority and ensure that all payments are made on time by this method.
Up to 10% off when you prepay
5% off for a 6 month prepayment
10% off for a 12 month prepayment
If you choose to cancel during a prepaid period the time used is calculated without the discount and we will refund whatever is left over giving you flexibility. This means that if you prepay but then need to vacate earlier than expected the cost of the office and ancillary services will be the same as it would have been had you opted for the minimum monthly payment term.
Multiple occupancy discount
Use more than one office suite and receive a 5% discount off the rate for each office you use.
Fix your rate for up to 5 years
If you want to pin down your office rates (and all the other costs that are included in your office rate) ask us for a quote. We can give you a fixed rate quotation for the length of time you wish to commit to. You can start using an office without fixing your rate and can ask us at any time for a rate fix quote.
Refundable Security Deposit
Don’t tie up valuable cash unnecessarily. We require a security deposit from all new office customers but are more than happy to refund this to you after 12 months of on time payments and assuming all other contractual conditions are respected.
