How soon can I start using an Officebase suite?

You can start using an office suite today if we have one available. If you need an office suite at a fixed date in the future we can normally accept advanced reservations for your intended start date allowing you to plan ahead.

What do I need to provide when I sign a contract?

Apart from your initial payment, we require photo ID and credit or debit card or direct debit details. We do not require directors or personal guarantees, nor do we require you to pay for references to be taken up.

What do I need to pay before using an office?

We require a minimum of 2 months security deposit and your first month's license fee. There is no need to pay for a solicitor.

How long do I need to commit to use my office for?

The minimum period is 2 months use.

How much notice do I need to give when I stop using my office?

2 months notice is required which must be given in writing. The two months is counted as 2 months from the next notice date as specified on your contract. This will usually be the first of the month so if you give notice on the 15th June your contract would usually end 2 months from the first of July. Occasionally we may agree to an alternate notice date.

How often can I use the meeting rooms?

There is no limit to how often you can take advantage of our meeting rooms although we do operate a fair use policy so we reserve the right to restrict your use if it risks inconveniencing other users. In practice this rarely occurs and if you need to be assured of a certain level of regular use we will be more than happy to confirm this to you in advance.
